Our states Sheriff’s Asso. and the Governor’s Office. claim they do not know….? I cannot seem to get an answer to this. Anybody?
Who is the State Governing Authority over County Elected Officials?

Even though it seems unreasonable to have to go to the Federal level for oversite, your answer is the first to offer some office outside the county in question that has investigative authority. In most counties the Sheriff, Prosecutor, County Commish., and the Coroner work closely together, yet these are the same people that would be asked to insure proper behavior on the Sheriff’s part? Bad Plan if you ask me.

She has spent years using her state authority to harrass this Wooten guy, and apparently she has tried to intimidate and ruin the careers of anybody who has ever disagreed with her. Talk about the “good ole boy”.mentality.
Has the reason been determined yet for the power outage in Riverside County on April 23rd?

I googled about the power outage (about 270,000 residents of Riverside County had no power for up to an hour at 5:50pm April 23rd). I had no power for about 10 minutes and the same amount of time period in Murrieta as well.
Does anyone know if any newspaper or any journalist that found out WHAT caused this to happen? Does anyone work for Southern California Edison that on on here that can fill me in?
