All too many times the P.D. of the O.C. in CA have harassed lower tax bracket residence,committed purjury under oath,discarded or removed would be evidence,had threatened to or has falsely sighted lower tax bracket citizens,embeseled,extorted,entrapt,and abused there authority. Unfortunately the court system in O.C. has disregaurded all witness’,photo and video proof on acounts of P.O.’s statements or hearsay information.Example1:Rich gal from Newport uses her Jaguar to move a Costa mesa girl in her Toyota from her way and runs.Girl goes to P.D. on Jamboree rd. to report H&R,plate #,and show paint transfer.Cop on duty instead of taking pictures or samples wipes paint off and says he sees nothing.The rich gal now tells girls Ins.Co that she’s just beeing extorted for $ and wasn’t even at scene. Example2:Plaintiff shows photo & video evidence proving cop in wrong but Newport judge rules in cops favor based only on cops verbal statement. Example3:Tustins Sheriff. Carona. Need I say more?

Orange County Florida 24 hr eviction notice, Locks changed while we were moving and the 24 hrs was not up?
We were packing our things today because we were served with a 24 hr notice and one of the landlords workers came to the house ( without the sheriffs department) and told us that we needed to leave before he came back with the new locks, needless to say we were not done moving when he returned with the new locks, we told him that we had until the next day before they could do that and he said that he was just doing his job (understandable). I called the sheriff’s department and they said the 24 hrs was not up which I already knew, she put me on hold for about 10 minutes and when she came back to the line she told me that they canceled the 24hr notice and was going to send the notice back to the clerk of courts as unserved (on the landlords behalf). I asked her what I should do and she told me to contact a lawyer, since we need to save money to rent a place what are my best options, we are open to really anything. We are getting evicted because indymac did not want to refinance us, which is pretty dumb because our loan was for 260,000 and no proposal would satisfy them so they foreclosed on us. They auctioned the house the day before thanksgiving and the people who bought it only paid 93,000. Screw you indymac…Sorry… The purchaser of our home said that she would work with us to buy it back no problem, so we thought. They came and took pictures the next week and said that we couldn’t take any of our things (fridge, microwave, washer and dryer, above ground pool…etc)…Anyways should I try and take legal action for wrongful eviction, they didn’t follow the Florida laws so I’m stuck please help.

Two of my neighbors were murdered last nite. They lived next door to each other, and were ambushed when they arrived home. Why aren’t the police and sheriff department showing as much outrage over these deaths as they do when it is one of their own that is killed in the line of duty? One of the victims was a mother of five children. She was a hard worker, her company Thrasher Custom Seats, made motorcycle seats. The perps, one with dreadlocks, one with gold teeth, just got in their car and drove away. THe suspect car, 2003 Chevy Malibu with dark tinted windows and shiney custom rims. If anybody on here lives in orlando and recognizes the car or the description of the perp, pleas call the sheriff. These guys have to be taken off the streets. if they can do this to two innocent people, they could do this to your family. I, will be looking for them everywhere I go. Keep your eyes open people.
