Would you be able to kick one of these families out even though they played by the rules? Shouldn’t the government intercede on their behalf since they did what they were supposed to? It’s the landlord that caused the problem by not fulfilling their obligation. Do you agree or disagree? Rent or buy?

Illinois State Public Guardian Office (Cook County Sheriffs) has evicted me, but broke into the the 2 flat building 2 WEEKS BEFORE (5/18) THE EVICTION DATE 6/1 (front door, 1st floor – back door on 2nd floor) They have stole about 800-1000 dollars & 2 Best Buy gift cards total value of $50.00.
This action has happened as My Mother was taken by the State of Illinois as she has alzheimers & they (so-called investigator from Met. Family Services {V. Green}) lied on me?
They falsely cast aspersions me of abuse (money; & having sex with her and beating her). ALL LIES – as those evil persons who hold power have used this to take my Mothers life (by putting her in a nursing home & separating us not allowing us to talk) & take all of her assets. Did originally pay a lawyer $5000.00 dollars & he never came to court causing my mother to be lost in ‘the system’. Lastly, a 2nd order of protection was put on me by the State guardian & nursing home admin preventing me from seeing her. Please help

When a property is going to a sheriff sale, is the amount accepted by the sheriff, lower then a sale by a realitor?
Does the sheriff give you an eviction notice in Illinois or do they sell the building will all your belongings? I do not know how much time I have to react. There was a notice that the building was going to sheriff sale 1/16/08..
in illinois can a county sheriff patrol towns with their own police Force?

In illinois could the cook county sheriff patrol county wide even in an Incorpratedpted city like Wilmette which has it’s own police?

Thanks to the 10th Admendant to the US Contitution, all states are different. In what states does this hold true that the sheriff can ONLY be arrested by the county coroner (provided he is in his own jurisdiction) ? And in what states can the sheriff be arrested by any police offcer? And where can this be documented?
Documentation; ie…. Article, section, sub-section, paragraph of State Constitution. I am most concerned with Pennsylvania but other State Constitutions will help also.
