Hypothetically, lets say yesterday my friend was driving about 20mph over the speed limit and passed a sheriff car on our way to practice. The cop didn’t pull him over, so does this mean he got away with it? Or could the cop somehow mail the ticket?

I am up to date on my payments, however, my mortgage just jumped to $5600 a month and my house just dropped $200k in value. Bad investment for me.

Foreclosure takes 4 months. Then comes the Sheriffs Sale. Let me know if I am correct so far.

Arpaio aide is loyal listener to Spanish show

For the past six weeks, a Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office deputy has been monitoring a Spanish-language radio show for threats on Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s life.
None has been heard, but the daily recording of the 740 AM morning show hosted by Elias Bermudez, an immigrant rights activist, continues. More than 45 hours of the show are stored on two dozen cassette tapes.
The monitoring started, the Sheriff’s Office says, after a tip from Bermudez. The host told the Sheriff’s Office that a caller claimed a Mexican hit man had been hired to kill Arpaio. advertisement
Bermudez said he would tell Arpaio’s office about any such calls. But there hasn’t been any since.
Bermudez said he couldn’t give the Sheriff’s Office the phone number of the caller because the station doesn’t have the equipment to track calls.
Arpaio is mentioned frequently on the show, Bermudez said. People say they wish Arpaio would drop dead or had never been born. But mostly they talk of getting him out of office and ridicule Bermudez for a stunt in July, when the activist got on his knees and begged Arpaio to stop arresting undocumented immigrants on smuggling charges.
That day, Arpaio asked Bermudez whether his statements were a threat.
Bermudez said he hopes the Sheriff’s Office will learn something by listening – not about death threats, but about the immigrant community.
That’s unlikely. The only benefit to Bermudez would be if the deputy paid to monitor his show has a ratings book.

i have recently decided on applying for the sheriff’s academy in my local town, i live in Bishop CA. i have always wanted to be in law enforcement and have been putting it off for sometime know. well i finally decided on pursuing this field, how ever my wife is totally against the idea and says she will worry to much about me, and thinks that i would get killed. is there anyone who can help comfort my wife about this career. i know the job has its risk, but i really want to follow through with my decision. please some one help.

I want to know why there is nothing on cnn and foxnews about a sheriffs deputy going crazy killing 6 teenagers between 17-20 yrs old then taking 6 hostages at a different location and then being shot and killed. They have articles on their websites but nothing on the TV. Why is that? If it happened at a school it would have been on there?
How creepy is this. Doesn’t this give you the chills?

The woman whose body was found near Paula Abdul’s home was a one-time “American Idol” contestant who, despite being ridiculed during her audition, maintained her infatuation with judge Paula Abdul.

Former “Idol” contestant Paula Goodspeed was found outside Paula Abdul’s home.
Paula Goodspeed, 30, was found dead, an apparent suicide, Tuesday evening in her car, which was parked a few doors down from Abdul’s Los Angeles home. Reuters reported that prescription pills, along with CDs and pictures of Abdul, were found in the car.
“It appears to be a suicide by overdose,” Detective Robert Bub of the Los Angeles Police Department told Reuters.
According to Ross Bonfiglio, the public information officer for the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department, a close relative of Goodspeed called the sheriff’s office at 3 p.m. Tuesday to report the young woman missing.
“Goodspeed had not been seen since 11 p.m. Monday, and her family member thought that she might try to overdose. The family member relayed her psychiatric history including her Paula Abdul fixation,” Bonfiglio said.
Police were apparently familiar with Goodspeed, who may have been stalking Abdul. A law enforcement source told the Los Angeles Times that she was known to the LAPD’s threat management unit, which investigates stalking cases.
Okay she was found dead by Paula’s house on Tuesday, you retard!
Why doesn’t Obama like the Military or Police Officers?

So members of the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Department, Michigan State Police, and other local agencies inside Calhoun County are working with Secret Service in the security of Mr. Obama.
Mr. Obama’s bus arrives in Battle Creek , and pulls into the stadium area.
Before Mr. Obama exits the bus, he has the Secret Service get off and tell all Law Enforcement personnel in uniform that they now have to stand behind the bus so Mr. Obama is not seen with anyone in a Law Enforcement uniform before he gets off or while in the public view.
So, everyone from Michigan State Police, Sheriff’s Departments and other agencies look at each other for a brief second, go and stand behind the bus out of sight so Mr. Obama does not have to see, or been seen with, what to him is ‘undesirables’ since he refuses to be seen, or even acknowledge Military or Law Enforcement personnel in uniform.
At a time of war and terrorism in our world, this presidential candidate who is being protected by various branches of the military & law enforcement at the tax payers expense, refuses to acknowledge, be seen with, have in his photographed background, any type of Military or Law Enforcement in uniform.
And he wants to be our commander-in- chief!
But this is not in the headlines or in the news or on TV. The TV news doesn’t show us marching around behind the bus. In the future, look and see if you can see a single soldier or police officer in uniform when you see Obama. Why? I wonder what the story or media frenzy would be if it was Muslims, blacks, whites, Jews, or any other race, gender, religon, and/or occupation, that Mr. Obama refused to be seen with or have around him.
Why would I make this up? Everyone in Law Enforcement knows we have traditionally had more funding under Democrats.
Just food for thought leading up to November 4th.
