Should Americans Deamand an investigation into Menifee police training & supervision generally why did it take an America life before police checked him out fully ? According to court records, in 2007 he was convicted of speeding, driving without a license and not wearing a seat belt.A man accused of running over a pedestrian during a Perris street race was ordered today to stand trial on second-degree murder and misdemeanor hit-and-run charges.
Igancio Villasenor, 25, could be sentenced to 15 years to life in prison if convicted in the Sept. 20 death of Patricia Ann Wallace, a 47-year-old wife and mother.
The defendant’s friend, 18-year-old Jose Manuel Hernandez-Corrales, who was riding with Villasenor when the collision occurred, pleaded guilty today to being an accessory and is scheduled to be sentenced Wednesday.
During a two-hour preliminary hearing before Riverside County Superior Court Judge David Gunn, four witnesses, including several sheriff’s investigators, testified about the crash and how Villasenor was caught.
Prosecutors allege the defendant was racing another vehicle at 90 mph along eastbound state Route 74, near Perris Boulevard, around 6 p.m. when Wallace apparently crossed his path.A sheriff’s investigator testified that Villesanor said after his arrest that he saw the victim in time to slow down to 60 mph, but couldn’t avoid hitting her. She died at the scene.
After striking Wallace, the defendant sped away and crashed his red 1991 Honda CRX into a fence, where a witness noted the license plate and passed the information on to the sheriff’s department, according to the district attorney’s office.
Villesanor was arrested without incident at his Menifee residence the following day. According to investigators, the defendant’s Honda was located at Hernandez-Corrales’ house.
The driver of the other car, described as a dark blue Honda compact, has not been located.
Villasenor, who is being held without bail at the Robert Presley jail in Riverside, is an illegal immigrant, and U.S. Immigration & Customs Enforcement officials have placed a hold on him, which could result in his deportation pending the outcome of his trial.
A post-indictment arraignment is scheduled for Villasenor on Nov. 10.
According to court records, in 2007 he was convicted of speeding, driving without a license and not wearing a seat belt.

I notice a family is ripped apart by somebody in the country illegally and I do not see anyone talking about how our families are being ripped apart and how this illegal already had an encounter with police convicted of speeding, driving without a license and not wearing a seat belt.
This is a direct result of the PC… If this were an illegal an a American did this, La Raza, Mexican without borders, the League of United Latin American Citizens, Mexico , would all be out there demanding an investigation, so why was this illegal not subject to a background check when he convicted of speeding, driving without a license and not wearing a seat belt, this normally means he was arrested and how did he just go free, does any fake id work today ?

Well, I hope relatives of Mrs. Wallace sue that police department, for wrongful death of their family member.
