Has anyone in internet land had problems with the treatment you received from the District Attorney in Allegheny County Pennsylvania? I was admitted to the ARD program and was greeted with a list of Court costs/fees totalling $1,200 for ridiculous listings such as “Firearms Education and Training,” and other ridiculous things that are completely NOT court costs. What is worse, the judge allowed this travisty. THIS IS WRONG FOLKS. They present the program, skip over the details, MAJOR DETAILS, then when you regain consciousness from this ridiculous bill, they arrogantly say, ” ;You agreed to it….” YEAH RIGHT…. I MOST CERTAINLY DID NOT. Yet the court gives them carte blanche. If you or I wrote such a horrible contract leaving out a very important part of it, we would not get this contract enforced in civil court, so why do they get this preferential treatment? there HAS to be people out there with this same treatment.

I bet it was for some petty B$ as well. Isnt’ it amazing at what’s criminal now a days? Whatever happened to the days of making a simple mistake or error in judgement and getting nothing or at most a reasonable fine?
No! Let’s get tough on the matter! Let’s slap them with all sorts of stuff and then put them under supervision. Now you can’t even do things that ordinary Americans do! Violate them and you’re off to jail for a crime that wasn’t even a crime thirty years ago!
Is it any wonder that people sit around plotting murder, rape, and robbery? If I’m to be treated like a criminal, it’s time to become one!
