30 days for new owner to take posession or resolve occupancy with you after you recieve notice that foreclosure is resolved.

If your home was sold at auction, it means you knew months ago that foreclosure was coming and that you needed to vacate the house. Now that the house has been sold, the new owner can show up any day to take possession. You had your 30 days to vacate prior to the sale. What you need to do is get packed up and get out of there ASAP. If you are still residing there when the new owner shows up, he has the right to call the police and have you physically evicted. If that happens, anything you do not take with you when you leave is forfeit.
