If I live in Riverside and want to file a Chapter 7, can I have an attorney from Orange County represent me? Also, do I need to file in the same county that I live in?

Any lawyer licensed in CA could represent you and you would file in the nearest bankruptcy court to where you live, which would be Riverside.
