Actually, I am him, and the wikipedia publication is incorrect or disinformation the government effects attempt to keep me THE ANTECHRIST from being revealed. Only Riverside County sheriffs called me THE BEAST OF BURDEN, but that was until the twin quakes incident when the law dropped charges because they were scared of those specific curses.
I , Beast was nameless until after they were playing catch 22s that snared the whole world. I , Beast have no fear of all this worlds authorities, they cannot overcome me, they are worms and soon enough to endure eternity in torment.

As for me, I really care less, I have told them I would go into Marine Corps Detention if they promise a real intensive Brig Boot reform , they suck and Hugo Chavez is correct that they spread misery over the people, not only in South America and the world, but over their own here in the states. Hey, fans of “The Office”. I need some help.

In a week or two, I’m going on a pilgrimage to Scranton, PA – where my beloved TV series “The Office” takes place. I know that to most people, Scranton may not seem like much, but to dedicated flans like myself, it is a magical wonderland full of references to the only TV series I care about at all.

Here’s my checklist so far:

- The Penn Paper building
- The “Welcome to Scranton” sign
- Steamtown Mall
- The “Electric City” sign
- The Anthracite Museum (and the Lackawanna Coal Mining Tour!)
- Cugino’s (for the tasty bread!)
- Chili’s (There’s one in Wilkes-Barre, not actually in Scranton…)

Where else do I need to go on my expedition? I’m so excited to do this, give me more ideas!

Isn’t this frustrating to know that we have agents who are kept from doing their jobs?

They say that there is only a 15 bed facility in the lower part of South Carolina to house illegals. That they had to satisfy 89 points before they could detain an illegal!

Why is the President and our Congress hamstringing these agents??

Why are we being promised one thing after another and yet INS and ICE are not able to properly, effectively do their jobs?

County Sheriff salaries with overtime?

I am contemplating going to our local law enforcement school in order to become either a city cop, or a county sheriff. I’m not sure which makes more, but is overtime possible with law enforcement jobs or is advancement positions possible? I’ve always wanted to be a cop, and am willing to work up to 12hrs/day if that means more money while I’m young to contribute to retirement.

How does the county Sheriff get his job and what are his responsibilities?

I missed a call from an unknown number that left a voicemail stating they were the King County Sheriff’s Dept. and that a dead body was found (didn’t recognize the name at all) in Seattle and that they were calling because my phone number was in his contacts and to call back if I could. Could I face charges if I do not call the number back?
I have no idea who this person is or why they would have my phone number. I think it might have been a prank call.

Can I shoot my pellet gun in Gwinnett County, GA?

I live in a subdivision in Gwinnett County, GA, Norcross – residential.

My cul-de-sac has a chicken population of about 25. These are livestock by definition. There are roosters that crow literally all day long and wake me up about 2 hours before I am ready. The roosters are aggressive, menacing and a nuisance. The chickens are also reproducing.

I called the county and they can’t do anything if nobody “owns” them. I think (no – I know for sure) they were left over from some Hispanic family that moved away. The livestock migrated to my back yard to search the woods for food. I could trap them or catch them and the county will come pick them up but I would have to rent traps, etc. They basically said there is nothing they can do if nobody claims them.

They will come out and pick up abandoned dogs, and they said if it was a cow, they would do something (I had to ask), but not other smaller livestock like chickens. So I guess it depends on the size of the livestock…

I want to shoot the roosters that are on my property with a pellet gun (air rifle). Eventually, maybe I can get a couple hours extra sleep every day.

I think by definition, a firearm has to use gunpowder which an air rifle does not so I would not be discharging a firearm by that definition.

So am I at risk for some kind of police trouble if I shoot these chickens on my property with an air rifle? Just what are the laws if there are any and where can I read about them? I asked the sheriffs office but no officer ever called me back.

I know all about gun safety, etc. and am not worried about shooting anything but crowing roosters in my back yard.

Oh yeah – I would physically be inside my house for shooting and the pellet might just happen to go out an open window where there is no screen.
Have you ever tried to catch a chicken that does not want to be caught ? Chickens can fly up to 300 feet (I have done my chicken research).

When I was talking to the county, I told them if they were going to come out and try to catch them, I wanted to know when so I could sell tickets.

As soon as somebody starts to catch them and take them away, somebody is going to claim ownership (which could be a good thing if that happens because they will get a citation), but so far, everybody on my cul-de-sac is annoyed by them as well and wants them gone. How is the operative word.

I am just waiting for one to attack a child that sometimes tries to catch them. They do attach each other (the chickens).
Ohhhh, ask somebody. Why didn’t I think of that?

Even though my address is Norcross, I do not live in the city limits (a mere 4 sq. mi.), so the nice Norcross code enforcement people referred me to the Gwinnett county code people and got their story, so then I called the Gwinnett County PD.

I can’t get a simple yes or no answer out of them on the phone, no “officer” ever calls me back, but have learned that, at least in the GA code, a “firearm” has to involve gunpowder.

I think I will just try to catch a GCPD guy in a parking lot somewhere and see what he has to say. They are all very nice to talk to.
Cats we have – two actually and there are some cats that hang around from time to time.

My cats hunt birds and the occasional rodent (squirrel), but these roosters are bigger than the cats and I don’t think they would win.

One cool thing is I have identified a red shouldered hawk that shows up from time to time and will attack one of the offending fowl and make a meal of it.

He really causes quite a rookus (as Festus would say) and the poultry scatter for an hour or so, but that’s it.

Sheriff Sale in Berks County Pennsylvania?

I have a friend who bought a house 7 years ago with his ex. On 12/4/08 the sheriff’s office served him with papers saying that his house was sold at a sheriff’s sale in October and he has 20 days to vacate (12/24/08). He claims he didn’t even know his house was up for sheriff’s sale which could be possible. I am trying to help him figure this out but don’t know where to begin. The bank bought the property at the sale. Does that make them his landlord now? do they have to go through eviction proceedings which could take months to get him out or is the 20 days firm and he must be out by then or forcefully removed? Some of the research I have done thus far say that he is now a tenant and eviction rules apply meaning he would have to go to court and all and it could give him more time. Should he contact the bank and ask them about refinancing? or allowing him to rent it from them? I know the banks just want to get rid of these places they buy because they aren’t doing them any good sitting empty. With the economy and credit crisis the way it is maybe they will be willing to work with him. Any real advice would be appreciated. I would hate to see him have to leave on Christmas eve. Can credit bureaus report late payments after a sheriff sale?

I had a foreclosure back in 1/07. My credit report shows the foreclosure; however, is reporting late payment after the sheriff sale. It shows the final date of 11/07. Is there anything I can do?

I currently have four total on my record all were infractions back in 2002 and 2003. I’m currently going through the background process with the riverside county sheriff’s department. As long as I don’t have any misdemeanors I should be fine?

I have received a letter saying that I have been included on the list of potential jurors for the local Sheriff Court (Scotland). I may be called for jury duty at any time in the next 2 years. However, I am partially deaf (I wear hearing aids) and need to be able to lipread those I am listening to. I imagine this would be impossible in a court setting. Given what may be riding on my being in possession of all the facts, if I advise the Sheriff Clerk of my disability am I likely to be removed from this list?

I have a friend who was caught with 8 or more kilos of cocaine. He was in the Sacramento Sheriff county for about 4 months fighting in court. I just got news that he is with the border patrol in San Diego, Ca. They are going to release him to Mexico. Can someone tell me how you only get 4 months in jail and no federal time for 8 kilos of cocaine. I just don’t get it. He was caught red handed with a bad full of keys and now hes getting released with no federal time.

Police Chief Dyer announced today the creation of a multi-agency Drug Interdiction Task Force to free the region from the pervasive influence of illicit substances and the threat from Mexican drug cartels. Sharing the podium at a Town Hall Meeting with Fresno County Sheriff Margaret Mimms, Madera County Sheriff John Anderson, and Mariposa County Sheriff Brian Muller, Chief Dyer announced the arrest of several individuals for cultivation of marijuana in Yosemite National Park. The street value of the drugs, which they were about to harvest, was estimated to be $8 million.
“We are declaring our independence from the drugs which poison our community, and those who would sell them,” said Dyer. At the same time, he noted, “We will deprive the cartels of weapons and the funds with which to procure them, making safer our neighbor to the South.” Chief Dyer gave his thanks for the support of representatives of the Drug Enforcement Administration, Alcohol Tobacco & Firearms, and the National Park Service, all of whom have agreed to cooperate in the continuing joint effort.
Dyer currently serves as the President of the California Police Chiefs Association.

I was living in this pueblo hot pink house with a tiny town up the road, I was living with my mom and step sibs and this freaky old lady who I’ve never met before. Anyways I was walking through this dark narrow stone walk way, and the old woman shot me, many times. Then my dream changed where the sheriff of the small town was finding my body hanging above a well (I think) and he knew who did it but wouldn’t say or do anythng, because she was related to her some how and had given her the gun. So as a ghost or spirit or whatever, I went back to the pink house, only my lil step sis (who is 7) could see me. and she was helping me out as much as possible , but she couldn’t do much, When I screamed I had died and my mom heard me, I know she heard, she just said no she is just missing, so what? and noone was near her to say to. Then I got another chance everything started over and was able to keep from getting shot by twisting the old woman’s hand and running away, but my mother never cared
Now I have a good relationship with both my parents, and I have a few theories why everything else in my dream was there, but why didn’t my mom believe I died?????
